Oscar N Sons Custom Bodyworks

I came to this place once and the owner Oscar was very very rude. He tried to rip me off on a repair on my car that he said he did, but there was actually nothing Done. He tried arguing with me and when I showed him the before and after pictures, there was completely no difference. It was exactly the same. He kept my car all day and tried to charge me $1000 for No reason. When I confronted him about the situation, he got upset and became defensive. I understand that he is the spoiled son of the owner and does not know how to run the company, but he seems to think he can get away with things which he has been. He was then talking down to me and when a delivery person came, he used the delivery person to his defense, which made me feel uncomfortable and nervous. I would definitely not recommend this place to get your car body work done. There are several places you can go.

After a minor fender bender, I had to order a specific Kia part and have it installed, Kia wanted to charge me over $400 just for the installation, but Oscar and Sons did it for a fraction of that price and did a great job. Oscar was polite, professional, and honest. He even fixed a few loose parts from previous work that had been done elsewhere and didn't charge me extra, that was very much appreciated. As a woman, taking my car in for service or repairs can feel daunting since the auto industry is still very male-dominated. There is always that concern of being treated differently or taken advantage of, but I never felt that way here. I liked the fact that Oscar explained what the part looked like, so I knew I had the correct one when I picked it up from Kia, and he also explained the process of how it was going to be installed. I'll definitely be coming back for any future car repairs and highly recommend them.

Oscar does such a great job is repairing cars. Whether a small or big job, he and his team all get the job done and get it done the right way! Steve does most the mechanical work there and is really funny. I truly recommend Oscar and Sons for any and all cosmetic repairs you might have!

I recently had to bring my car to Oscar body shop , in Santa Ana, after a minor accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the owner, Oscar , made me feel welcome and reassured. They took the time to explain the repair process in detail and charged me a fair price. Oscar kept me updated throughout. The quality of the work was outstanding; my car looks as good as new! Oscar was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and top-notch service, I highly recommend Oscar Body shop. Thank you, Oscar for your exceptional service!

I had the pleasure of working with Oscar this year for a full color change on my Porsche Cayman, and his dedication to perfection truly exceeded my expectations. I went from black to Porsche PTS Oak Green Metallic, and Oscar took the time to make sure every detail was flawless. Not only did he repaint the exterior, but he also did the door jambs, under the hood, the hatch, and every other area needed to give it a fully factory finish. I brought him the car completely disassembled, with poorly done previous bodywork, including a hood that had nine layers of paint and severe cracking. Oscar meticulously sanded the hood down to bare metal, ensuring a flawless base for a fresh start. The plastic front bumper was also loaded with filler that had been improperly painted over, but Oscar expertly corrected everything. During the prep stage, he uncovered significant crow's feet damage in the factory primer across the entire car. He reached out to explain the issue and offered me the choice to either paint over it or have it sanded down to eliminate the damage entirely for long-term durability. I opted for the more thorough approach, and Oscar took the extra time and care to do it right.
